Vagrant

This project uses vagrant as a standard development environment. To get started run vagrant up. This will build and set up the development environment.

If you make a change to the provision section of the vagrant file( lines 65-69), you must run vagrant provision while the box is up.

The status of a vagrant box can be set checked with vagrant status

All vagrant command should be executed from the same level as the vagrant file.
