    Rolls up theta-directory v2.4.0, jump-host v2.1.0, theta-agent v2.1.2.

    • Live catalog replication (no longer a one-time snapshot on join)
    • Identical agent-signing key shared across sites
    • Coordinated master promotion with real old-master demotion
    • Real gateway-to-gateway WireGuard mesh (kernel-first, wireguard-go fallback)
    • Linux mDNS local-discovery (announcer + agent listener)
