Add ANSI colors to TUI picker

- Box-drawing header with cyan/magenta/green color treatment
- Per-row coloring with alternating cyan shades
- Environment badges (PROD in red, DEV in dim)
- Green inverse selection with '◄ SELECTED ►' indicator
- Yellow filter text and footer separator
- Title changed to 'SSO Manager'
