CHANGELOG.md had fallen behind theta-env's own tags -- entries stopped at 1.1.3 despite v1.1.4/v1.1.5/v1.1.6 already being tagged and released (each with real notes on GitHub, just never copied back into this file). Backfilled 1.1.4-1.1.6 from the actual release notes, then added 1.1.7 for this bump + the docs site redesign. - proxy -> v1.1.7 - sso-manager-node -> v1.1.6
